Security PIN on the bracelet:
The PIN is always a combination of 9 letters and numbers. For example: XZ1258W58.
That's 60,716,992,766,464 possible combinations.
The login is protected against robots by the reCAPTCHA system from Google.
If you lose your bracelet, you can deactivate the PIN in your account and no one will have access to your health information. Similar to deactivating a payment card.
Physical data security (Data Center):
We store the data stored in the forms on servers in the Czech Republic and, together with documents and files, on one of the largest and most modern IT infrastructures in the world, Amazon Web Services (AWS), on servers located in the EU. The data center of AWS represents the world's best in the field of physical and software security, enabling it to withstand even critical situations such as natural disasters, massive hacker attacks or energy accidents.
Data transfer security (Network Security):
Information that you submit to or obtain through the Site is private. Communication between you and our website is secured using an https security certificate from the certification authority Let's encrypt.
Application-level security:
The basis for data protection is ensuring that only authorized persons have access to individual groups of information.
Access to the application itself is, of course, protected by a unique username and password.
The preview of the health profile for the rescuer is protected using a unique PIN code on your bracelet. If you lose your bracelet or your PIN is discovered by an unauthorized person, you can deactivate your health profile in your user account at any time.
All data and all data transmissions, including the distribution of user passwords, are encrypted.
After the end of the online health profile or deletion by the user, it is possible to restore most of the data from the backup, usually for a period of 1 - 2 months. Typically when a user decides to start using the online health profile again.
Backup:
We perform a complete backup of all data and files every day. We store backups in a geographically separated data center and archive history for as long as necessary.
