Medical Profile (BodyID / Medical Profile) – online service
The Medical Profile is an online service that allows you to create and manage a personal and medical profile and make selected data accessible in read-only mode to a person who gains access via a unique QR code/link (e.g. from an ID bracelet/tag). The service is intended as informational support in emergency situations and does not replace professional medical assessment. What you are purchasing
Paid plans are a digital subscription (not physical goods). After payment, the paid features are activated in your user account.
Plan versions and differences
The service can also be used in a free version with limited features. The Plus and Premium plans differ in the scope of features — an overview is provided in the table below.
How payment and renewal works
Subscriptions can be chosen as monthly or yearly. If you do not cancel your subscription, it may automatically renew (recurring payments) at the end of the billing period according to the selected cycle. You can cancel your subscription at any time in your user account; after cancellation, no further payments will be made and access typically continues until the end of the paid period.
Price list
Prices are shown in CZK / EUR (currency can be switched) and include VAT. The final amount including VAT is always displayed before payment is submitted.
